RABDENTSE RUINS
Rabdentse was the second capital of the erstwhile kingdom of Sikkim, first being   Yuksum. The king of Sikkim ruled the state from here till 1814 AD. The ruins of his place are located at a walking distance from the Pemayangtse monastery, hidden from the main road, and can be approached by a footpath. The top of the ruin gives a panoramic view of the valley and the peaks of Khanchendzonga.
PELLING
